3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Age Requirements
- Users Under 13: Require verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA
- Users 13-17: Require parental/guardian review and acceptance of these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and content.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
